| This course offers systematic training and deepest understanding in Maharishi Yoga Āsana and was developed in 2012 in order to train Certified Governors how to teach the Maharishi Yoga Āsana 16-lesson course with expertise and confidence. As well, it gives Governors confidence to demonstrate the Maharishi Yoga Āsana to Meditators who attend Residence Courses. |

| Learning the practice of Yoga through Maharishi’s teaching gives a comprehensive understanding of the nature of Yoga—the unification of individual and Cosmic Life—as well as practical training in Yoga postures (Āsana) and breathing exercises (Prāṇāyāma) that promote integration of mind and body, supporting health by bringing life into harmony with Natural Law. |

| Participants will receive thorough training in teaching the 16-lesson course on Yoga Āsana, demonstrating the postures and giving knowledge about the influence of each posture on the physiology. They will experience and understand Yoga Āsana and Prāṇāyāma on a whole new level of depth and gain the necessary experience to teach others. |

| Gudrun Buchzik is the only lady teacher trained to teach this Yoga Āsana Teacher Training Course, under the auspices of Maharishi College of Perfect Health. She has taken a three-year training course and has taught at least seven Yoga Āsana Teacher Training Courses. She has also had experience teaching this course with Mother Divine in Thailand. |

| This course offers an introduction to the principles of art based on Natural Law as brought out by Maharishi and described in the ancient Vedic Literature. These deepest principles of art are universal, precise, and comprehensive and can be applied to abstract, figurative, and landscape painting. |

| You will enjoy an overview of Indian art and aesthetics, studying not only the principles but also how these art forms enliven consciousness. During the course, participants will gain practical knowledge and experience for developing their own creativity as well as the skill in applying design, composition principles, and painting techniques. Participants will also learn procedures for successful landscape painting, including painting techniques to create compelling compositions of natural scenery. Everyone is warmly invited to join; no previous art training is necessary. |

| In addition to gaining theoretical knowledge of art and practical artwork, participants will enjoy group practice of the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme. | This is a new course with advanced lectures by Maharishi on higher states of consciousness. Maharishi explains the process of the refinement of perception from Transcendental Consciousness to Unity Consciousness; the reality of Brahman Consciousness; and the relationship between higher states of consciousness and God. This profound and heart-expanding knowledge is of special relevance for ladies—mothers of the world. |

| Maharishi’s Commentary on Ṛk Veda, Apaurusheya Bhāshya, brings to light the mechanics of evolution of Natural Law. It explains how the WHOLENESS of Natural Law—the unmanifest, eternal ocean of self-referral consciousness—gives rise to the sequential, orderly unfoldment of specific Laws of Nature in the Veda and the entire manifest universe. |
|
| Maharishi, the teacher of this course, invites distinguished scientists and scholars to draw parallels from their various fields of science, to identify and elucidate the principles of Nature’s functioning from the different perspectives of modern science. |

| ‘In sequence as we go on inspecting the structure of the whole Veda, we come out to see a very intelligent and perfect sequential progression of the tree of knowledge from the seed of knowledge. These three angles of investigation together provide a clear vision of the mechanics of Natural Law in the unmanifest GAP between each expression of the Veda, which structures the Veda and the whole creation. |

| This one-week course is the first part (Theme One) of a very special three-part advanced course. |
