Housing and Conference Fees
Housing at the MERU facility in St. Odilienberg, just a short drive from the MERU campus in Vlodrop, will be available for all participants. Transportation will be provided daily to and from the MERU campus. Meetings of the Congress will be held at MERU, and dining will also be on the MERU campus.
Both single- and double-room housing options are available at St. Odilienberg, all with private bath:
• Single room €35/night • Double room €45/night (€22,50/person/night)
Note: Congress participants are welcome to make their own housing arrangements at another hotel or guest house near the MERU campus if they wish. Please request a list of hotels and guest houses in the area from courses@Maharishi.net.
In addition to the cost of housing, each participant will pay a conference fee of €40/day, which includes meals. There is a special discounted fee of €35/day for those staying 12 days or more to attend either the Vedic Dance course (15–21 June) or the Guru Purnima Assembly (29 June–4 or 8 July).
Total cost for the six-day Congress will therefore be €450/person for a single room or €375/person for a double room.
